WizFreight, a leading Digital Freight Forwarder for Modern Day Logistics is looking for Customer Care/Operations Leader to start, grow and lead the Shanghai operations team.
Job Summary:
The incumbent will be shaping the seafreight team of Wiz Freight in Shanghai, providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the growth of Wiz Freight.
Job Responsibilities:
Seafreight
Arrange customers shipments with care and excellence
Booking of export shipments with shipping lines/co-loaders, overseas offices
Process import shipments with overseas offices, shipping lines/co-loaders
Provide/issue/verify required documentation
Exercise outstanding customer service, support ad-hoc quotations and handle all customers & enquiries timely and effectively
Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures
Work closely with internal entities to meet customer and company requirements
Track and monitor shipments status and update data in platform accordingly
Work with billing team to close off jobs, issue invoice and solve disputes
Implement improvements to enhance service capability within the team
Airfreight
Arrange customers shipments with care and excellence
Booking of export shipments with airlines/GSA, overseas offices
Process import shipments with overseas offices, airlines/GSA
Arrange shipments with customers and contractors
Exercise outstanding customer service, support ad-hoc quotations and handle all customers enquiries timely and effectively
Ensure compliance with customer’s Standard Operating Procedures
Work closely with internal entities to meet customer and company requirements
Track and monitor shipments status and update data in platform accordingly
Work with billing team to close off jobs, issue invoice and solve disputes
Implement improvements to enhance service capability within the team
Requirements:
China citizen/PR only
Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding
Tech-savvy personality, looking to grow and become a team leader
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
